How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from $20 - $25 depending on the size and weight of your order.
If you live in Canberra ACT region, you can select FREE delivery or pick up.

How are the products packaged for post?
All of our products are wrapped and placed in a sturdy mailing box to ensure no damage will occur to them in transit to you. Domes are not posted.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 4 days and once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email where you can track your order. Express Post orders usually arrive within 2-4 days of dispatch and Standard Post orders usually between 4-15 days. However, due to Covid-19, rail line issues and the impact of floods, Australia Post is unable to provide exact postage time frames for products to reach customers. Once your order leaves our hands, we are unable to give you any more information than Auspost will provide with your tracking status.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia due to the varying import restrictions of different countries.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We must be notified of damage within 24 hours of receipt by courier. We will require an image emailed to bedbugtaxidermy@gmail.com, we will then email you a confirmation email advising as to whether the item will be required to be returned for replacement or credited. This is at our discretion.
Items to be returned this will be at customers exspense.
Items being returned must be well packed to avoid further damage, be in their original box and posted within 5 days of receipt.
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind. As a natural product some imperfections variances may be present to that of the image shown online. Please note colours on website are as close to the actual colourings of the insect as is possbile to reproduce online.
- Returned items shipped after 5 days of receipt ( unless approved )
- Items are returned without approval.
- Items arrive in a distressed condition ( i.e. not as per emailed image ) due to inadequate packaging.
- Specials. These are Final Sale Items and no returns will be accepted.

Where is my frame best displayed?
Display your frame anywhere you like – avoid direct or excess humidty and sunlight.

How do I best protect my frames/ domes from damage?
It’s important to avoid humidity as this can cause mould within the frame. We sealed to the best of our ability to prevent insect attack. However, specimens can still be vulnerable to this. Check your specimen often, and if at any point you see what appears to be lots of dust coming off your specimen, you’ll need to put it in a container or zip lock bag and place it in the freezer for 72 hours this will kill the mites. When taking specimen out let it naturally come back to room temperature.

Domes are sealed with glue, please place in an area away from food, sunlit and humidity. We will not replace, refund or credit any domes. If mites occur follow procedure the same as frames. This is at our discretion that we cannot be held responsible if any mites or insects get into your dome or frame.
